Making cycling safer in real-time
See an issue while riding? Report it and we'll actually review and fix it.

Hey all,
We're really excited to roll out a new update that allows everyone to help make cycling the number one form of transportation in cities around the world.
Dangerous road? Missing bike lane? We want your local knowledge. Thanks to our routing technology we're able to make changes to our algorithm in real-time based on your feedback, benefiting the whole community of cyclists in your city. To participate, simply hit the Report button while riding and tell us what's wrong. We receive your report, a human reviews it, applies a fix, and you'll receive an email and push notification when it's resolved. If a fix is going to take longer, we'll let you know.
Every single report will be reviewed

Additionally, when you finish your ride you'll be prompted to rate it out of 5 — we use that feedback to tweak the algorithm on a daily basis, so it's really valuable.
We've also built tooling to manage our routing models and we're opening it up to bike and transit organisations. If you're interested in being part of our community of reviewers, please respond to this announcement for early access. You can also learn more here.
We're excited to read all your feedback.
Cheers, The Cyclemate team
