Start in Hayes Valley, head north through the Lower Haight, then climb into Pacific Heights for big bay views. Drop through Cow Hollow to the waterfront and ride the flat along Crissy Field and the Presidio Tunnel Tops.
Turn south into the Presidio, then continue through the Inner Richmond toward the Panhandle. Finish with the Wiggle back to Hayes Valley on calm, bike-first streets.
